Questions owners ask

How much does it cost?

Free up to 20 paying members. Above that, €1 per paying member a month, and your first 30 days are free either way. No contract, and we don't take a percentage of your members' payments.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel in the app, export everything any time.

I already pay for club software.

Keep it if your direct debits run themselves and you're happy. If what you open on a club night is the register and who owes, that's Lapelio, month to month. Send me your export and I'll move you in 48 hours.

Do you do direct debit?

No. Keep your direct debits, log transfers, standing orders and cash here, and send card pay links through your own Stripe.

Do my members need an app?

No. They scan the door QR with their camera, or get a WhatsApp from you.

How do I switch from a spreadsheet?

Copy your sheet and paste it in, from Google Sheets or Excel. Lapelio recognises the columns and shows you a preview before anything is saved. Your spreadsheet stays as it is. Or send it to me and I'll import it for you.
