FAQ
Questions owners ask
Do my members need to install an app?
No. They scan the door QR with their phone camera, or you tap their name on the register. Signup and trial forms open in the browser.
Do you do direct debit?
No. Keep your direct debit provider or your standing orders. Lapelio is where you see who's paid across all of it: direct debits, cash on the night, bank transfers and pay as you go. Cards can go through a pay link to your own Stripe.
