A dashboard you read at a glance

  • The dashboard replaces Today: active members, collected against expected, what's owed, and your classes with who came.
  • New signups reach you the moment someone fills in your link, by push or email.
  • Gyms in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can sign up, and no Stripe account yet is fine: you can open one from Lapelio.

Imports that read the sheets gyms really have

  • Import understands yearly fees, checks, kids and Excel files, straight from the spreadsheet you already keep.
  • A setup guide on your first run, members in tabs with counts, and each member's history on one timeline.
  • Reminders that can't go by email land on your list to send by hand. Fixed: Undo, and a charge that could show twice.

Signup, one step at a time

  • The signup form asks one thing at a time, with address suggestions and a date of birth typed in three boxes.
  • When someone you already have fills in the form, their details complete the existing member instead of making a copy.
  • Expenses get their own page, and you can bring them in from a bank statement.
