Attendance and check-in

Roll call in seconds, or let members scan the door QR.

Tap names as people come in, or put a QR code on the door. Every name says who's new, who's on trial and who owes, so you know who to talk to after class.

Roll call from the mat

Open tonight's class and tap names. The people who usually come to that class are at the top. Kids classes list the kids, adult classes the adults.

Each row says first time or last seen, trial 1 of 3, overdue or unpaid, so the conversation after class picks itself.

The door QR

Print the QR poster and members scan it with their phone camera. Nothing to install. The first time, they link their phone once with an email code or your OK.

A scan only counts while a class is on, from 30 minutes before to 30 minutes after. You can also make it count only at the gym, using the phone's location. That's off unless you turn it on.

A tablet at the front

Prefer one screen by the door? Put a tablet in front-desk mode and members check themselves in there.

What attendance tells you

  • Who hasn't trained in three weeks, with the reason, before they quietly leave
  • Classes counted for promotions and stripes
  • Check-ins this week against last week

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Do my members need to install an app?

No. They scan the door QR with their phone camera, or you tap their name on the roll call. Signup and trial forms open in the browser.

What if someone forgets to scan?

Tap their name on the roll call, during class or after.

Can a parent check their kids in?

Yes. A family can link a parent's phone at the door, and the parent checks in the kids who are in that class.
