Every member shows their plan, what they've paid, what they owe and when they last trained. However they pay, and with families on one balance.
However they pay
Log cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle and bank transfers in a few taps. Part payments and payments in advance are fine: the balance does the math, and anything paid over rolls forward as credit.
Cards through your own Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account and card payments show up by themselves, matched to the member. Anything Lapelio can't match waits for you to say who paid. Send anyone a pay link for what they owe.
The money goes straight to you. Lapelio never holds it, can't refund or move it, and takes nothing.
Families on one balance
A parent who pays for two kids and themselves is one payer with one balance. Each person on the mat still has their own record, belt and attendance.
Plans that match how you charge
- Monthly, quarterly or yearly, or a year in installments
- A member's own price when they're on a deal
- Freeze a membership with an end date and nothing is owed while it's frozen
- Yearly plans can follow your season, starting in September for example
FAQ
Questions owners ask
Does Lapelio charge my members' cards automatically?
No. Lapelio doesn't run autopay. If you connect your own Stripe account, card payments made there show up in Lapelio by themselves, and anyone can pay what they owe by card through a pay link. Cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle you log in a few taps. If autopay on every membership is a must, Lapelio isn't the right tool yet.
Do I need Stripe?
No. Stripe is optional and only for card payments. Cash, transfers and everything else work without it.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. We don't take a percentage of your members' payments. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own card fees under your contract with Stripe. Lapelio adds nothing on top and never holds your money.
