For kids programs

Kids classes, with families on one balance and parents as the contact.

A parent who pays for two kids and themselves is one payer with one balance. Kids classes have their own roll call. Reminders go to the parent, never to the child.

Families

One payer, several members, one balance. Siblings each have their own plan, belt and attendance, and a parent who trains too has their own plan on the same family.

Parents are the contact

The parent's phone and email are the ones on file. Reminders, pay links and the signup link go to them. Children don't need a phone or an email for anything.

Kids classes

  • Kids classes list the kids, so roll call is quick
  • Kids follow their own belt path
  • A parent can check in their kids with the door QR on their own phone
  • For a trial, the parent books and pays, and the child is the member

The minimum of data

Lapelio asks for names and a parent's contact. No address and no health notes. A birth date is optional and only tells a child from an adult.

What it doesn't do

  • No waivers: keep your waiver tool or paper waivers
  • No contracts or a billing company: families pay how they like
  • No app for kids or parents to install
