Written for you
Name, amount, the month it's for, and a pay link to your own Stripe if you use it. Change the wording once in Settings and every reminder follows.
Sent from your phone
Tap Remind and your WhatsApp or messages app opens with the message written. You press send, so it comes from your number, the one members already know.
Email reminders on their own
- Before the due date, on the day, a few days late and a last one: you pick the days
- Only to members who agreed to get them, with a one-click way to stop
- Never between 9 PM and 8 AM, and at most one message per member every 3 days
- Late reminders pause if nobody has logged anything for three weeks, because members may have paid you in cash
- Anything that can't go by email lands on your list to send by hand

Questions owners ask
Does Lapelio send texts or WhatsApp messages by itself?
No. Texts and WhatsApp open on your phone with the message written, and you press send. Only email reminders go out on their own, and only to members who agreed to get them.
Can members pay from the reminder?
Yes, if you connect your own Stripe: the reminder carries a pay link for what they owe, and the payment shows up in Lapelio by itself.
