From a spreadsheet
Paste it in from Google Sheets or upload the Excel or CSV file. Lapelio works out which column is which and shows a preview before anything is saved. Your sheet stays as it is.
From other gym software
Export your members from it as a CSV or Excel file and import that. If your current software can't export, send me what you can get out of it and I'll help.
One honest thing first: Lapelio doesn't run autopay. If your members are on recurring card billing today, talk to me before you switch, so we work out what changes for them. If billing runs itself where you are and you're happy, you may not need to switch at all.

Questions owners ask
Do I have to cancel my current software first?
No. Run both side by side for a month if you like, and cancel when you're sure.
Will my members notice?
Only the new bits: the door QR, the signup link and your free-trial page. Everything else is on your side.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time, free, from the app. If you close your account you have 30 days to export everything before it's erased.
